2006 NCAC BOYS ALL STAR TEAM

Gary VanNostrand

MVCA

Senior 6'1" Forward Gary VanNostrand is a 3 Time First Team All Star who led the MVCA Eagles to 2 championships in 3 years.  Gary averaged 14.9 points and 8.2 rebounds per game while shooting 46% from the field.  Gary scored a game high 31 points in the semifinal game against NYSSD.

Jared Houseman

NLCS

Junior 6'4" Forward was player of the month for January in the NCAC.  Jared sacored 363 points for the Warriors this season shooting 56% from the field and averaging 17.3 points per game.  He had 75 offensive rebounds this season and 36 blocked shots.

A.J. Brown

NLCS

6'5 Senior Center A.J. Brown was selected to his second NCAC First Team All Stars after leading the Warriors to a 15-6 record.  A.J. shot 60.3% from the field on his way to scoring 10.3 points per game.  Brown anchored the tough Warrior defense with 40 blocked shots and led his team in assists with 78.

Andrew Wynne

NYSSD

Andrew Wynne is a 5' 10" Senior Forward from DeKalb Junction, NY.  He led NYSSD in scoring and rebounding this season averaging over 23 points and 9 rebounds per game.  Andrew was named the NCAC Player of the Month for January and led his team to an ESDAA tournament victory, scoring his 1,000th career point during that event.

Andy Rowley

FFCS

6'0" Junior Shooting Guard Andy Rowley has averaged an impressive 19 points, 9 rebounds, 3 steals and 7 assists per game throughout his 3 years as a starter for the FFCS Flames.  This two time first team All Star scored a career high 38 points in this years 1st round of the NCAC Tournament and earlier this season made six 3-pointers in one game.
