In 2005 the NCAC decided to honor its athletes who have excelled in the classroom as well as on the field and in the gym.  One girl athlete and one boy athlete from each school is presented with the NCAC Scholar Athlete award at their school's end of the year program.  Below are the recipients of the 2005 awards.
